The inauguration ceremony of the president of the Methodist University of Cote D’Ivoire Student Association (MUCI-SA)

The ceremony was held on Friday, the 1st of March 2019 from 10 am to 12pm at Cocody in the presence of Mr. Beugré Mambé, the governor of the autonomous district of Abidjan, Mr. Sea Honoré the deputy governor of the autonomous district of Abidjan,

Mr. Tiekoura Kouame representative of the ministry in charge of national education and vocational training, Reverend Pastor Nathanael Ohouo, and other several presidents of associations in Cote D’Ivoire.

Miss Sara Axelle Sita SEA was inaugurated as the new president of MUCI-SA for a two-year term. Speaking for the first time as the president of the student association, Miss Axelle pledged to make the pursuit of scholarships, organization of conferences, trainings and internships for the members of the association her priority.

The new president was also quick to seek the support of Mr. Robert Beugré, the governor of the autonomous region of Abidjan, the sponsor of the inauguration ceremony, and the minister of national education for successful socio-professional integration.

Governor Beugré Mambé and Mr. Tiekoura Kouamé reassured the students of their willingness to support them and urged the students to rally behind the governing student body.

The ceremony came to a close with a cocktail offered by Mr. Sea Honoré.
